During my time at Mile High Labs, I served in a hybrid creative leadership and marketing role responsible for shaping and evolving the company’s brand across digital, product, and marketing initiatives. Working within a rapidly growing B2B technology environment, I helped guide brand development, campaign strategy, and creative execution across a wide range of touchpoints—including website design, digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, trade show environments, and global marketing materials. A major part of my role involved translating complex scientific and technical information into clear, engaging visual narratives that supported product launches, sales enablement, and executive communications.


Through strategic design improvements and web optimization initiatives, my work contributed to measurable digital growth, helping drive 60,000+ new users and more than 200,000 page interactions across the company’s web properties. I collaborated closely with leadership, marketing, finance, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure that brand initiatives aligned with business goals while maintaining consistency across international markets. My responsibilities also included managing creative partners and vendors, overseeing photography and video production, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and coordinating packaging and label updates to meet CDPHE regulatory requirements while maintaining brand integrity.
